Cut the sides of a bread slices.
Now cut the slice in a triangular shape..
Heat ghee in a wok and deep fry all the slice of bread in golden brown colour.
Remove it on a tissue paper.
Now take 1 tablespoon of ghee add safed Elaichi.
Add milk, sugar and yellow food colour and mix
Now simmer the gas and cook the milk until it's become little thick an add dry fruits.
Now add bread slices in milk leave it for one minute so it's become little soft and then remove it and place it on a serving plate
Do the same with all the bread slices and place them on a serving plate.
Now pour left over milk mixture on a bread slices topped with some dry fruits and serve.
