Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 8 Bread slices


  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1 tbsp Dryfruits (almond&cashew)


  • 3 tbsp Sugar


  • 1 tbsp Desi ghee


  • 1/2 tsp yellow food colour


  • 3 White Cardamom


  • Ghee 250 gm for frying

Directions

  • Cut the sides of a bread slices.
  • Now cut the slice in a triangular shape..
  • Heat ghee in a wok and deep fry all the slice of bread in golden brown colour.
  • Remove it on a tissue paper.
  • Now take 1 tablespoon of ghee add safed Elaichi.
  • Add milk, sugar and yellow food colour and mix
  • Now simmer the gas and cook the milk until it's become little thick an add dry fruits.
  • Now add bread slices in milk leave it for one minute so it's become little soft and then remove it and place it on a serving plate
  • Do the same with all the bread slices and place them on a serving plate.
  • Now pour left over milk mixture on a bread slices topped with some dry fruits and serve.
